How do I join the beta?

Hopwise is in a private beta on TestFlight with a small group of riders. Choose “Beta access” in the form and tell us a bit about how you ride.

Which services does Hopwise compare?

Uber, Lyft, Waymo and Tesla Robotaxi. You only see the services you've linked.

Does Hopwise book rides for me?

No. When you pick a ride, Hopwise opens that provider's app so you can confirm and book there, just like you normally would.

How are savings calculated?

When you hand off to a provider, Hopwise compares the price you picked with the next-cheapest option in the same class at that moment. If yours was cheapest, the difference counts as savings. It never goes negative.

Do I need a Hopwise account?

No. There's no Hopwise sign-up. Your ride history and saved places are stored on your iPhone.

How do I report a bug from the app?

Take a screenshot in Hopwise and share it from TestFlight, or use the form here and include your iPhone, iOS version, Hopwise version and install ID.
